2020 Seminar Speaker

Chris Dougherty

Seminars Brought to you by:

Chris Dougherty is the technical editor of MotorHome and Trailer Life Magazines, an RVDA/RVIA Certified RV Technician and life-long RVer. Having started RVing with his family in 1973, he purchased his first RV at age 24 and hasn't been without one ever since, even spending ten years as a full-time RVer. His professional experience in the industry is well rounded, having managed an RV park, owning a mobile service business, as a dealership service manager, and a writer and educator for the RV industry since 1998. He also serves on an RV technical review subcommittee for the RV Industry Association and joined the faculty for the RV Technical, Education and Safety Conference, held annually by the Recreational Vehicle Safety and Education Foundation.

“I’ve been so fortunate to have had so many great mentors in this industry over the years, including Gary Bunzer and more recently, Bob Livingston. I owe them all a debt of gratitude, and I wouldn’t be where I am without them.” Dougherty says. “Like them, I work to make traveling by RV safer and more enjoyable.”

Dougherty and his wife Karen continue to enjoy RVing in their spare time.
